Returns Overview

Standard Returns: Returns with valid reasons (e.g., defective products, incorrect items received, or quality issues) will be authorized without a restocking fee if the return is requested within 14 days of receipt.
Non-Standard Products: Non-standard products (e.g., custom orders, limited edition items, sourced products) may be non-returnable or may incur a restocking fee, even if the return is requested within the 14-day period.
Large Volume Orders: Large volume orders may be eligible for return, depending on the product and quantity ordered. Return requests for large volume orders will be evaluated individually based on the product type and inventory impact.
Damaged Goods: Upon delivery it falls under the responsibility of the customer to notify JLC of any damaged or broken goods within 48 hours of receipt. Reports submitted after this timeframe will not qualify for return or replacement.  
Return Timeframe: Customers have 14 days from the date of return authorization to send back the item. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be unopened and in sellable condition, unless they have been delivered defective. This applies to all product categories, including office equipment and electronic devices.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee can be applied based on the specific order and reason for     return. The fee varies depending on the condition of the products, circumstances of the return and the time frame.  

Cancellation Overview

Standard Products: Cancellations with valid reasons will be authorized without a restocking fee if requested before shipping.
Non-Standard Products: Non-standard products (e.g., custom orders, limited edition items, sourced products) may be non-cancellable or may incur a restocking fee, even if the cancellation request is made before the order leaves the JLC warehouse.
Large Volume Orders: Large volume orders may be eligible for cancellation, depending on the product and quantity ordered. Cancellation request for large volume orders will be evaluated individually based on the product type and inventory impact.
Cancellation Timeframe: Orders may be cancelled until these are marked as shipped. After orders have left the JLC warehouse, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee can be applied based on the specific order and reason provided for the cancellation request. The fee varies depending on the content of the order and the circumstances of the cancellation request.  

IT-peripherals and accessories

Warranty: IT-peripherals     and accessories come with a warranty that varies per category. Please get in touch with JLC for specific warranty terms.
Exchanges: If items are incompatible or do not function as intended, they will be exchanged for the same product. If the original product is unavailable, the closest alternative will be provided. If the replacement or alternative product is also defective, the customer may request another exchange or a full refund.

Shipping

JLC Error: If the return is due to an error made by JLC (such as shipping the wrong item), the customer will be credited for the return shipping cost. The credited shipping cost must correspond with the address the order was originally shipped to.
Collection Requests: JLC can arrange a collection request for returns upon request. Please note, JLC will only cover the costs of a collection if the return is due to an error on JLC’s part and if the return is being arranged from the original delivery address where the order was shipped to.
Customer Responsibility: If the return is not due to a JLC error, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Devices

Return Request Period: Customers have 5 days from receipt of the device to request a return. Returns requested within 5 days will not incur a restocking fee. Returns requested between 5 and 14 days will incur a restocking fee, at JLC’s discretion. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.  
Condition of Returned Devices: Devices must be returned in unopened, sellable condition unless they are defective.
